Why do we take pictures? We take them so we can share them, but some are lost and forgotten. The vintage moments in time that we all have stored in the closet in that shoebox or old photo album. Some photos might be damaged or small and not easily viewable for display. Not anymore. I can create a portrait from the past and bring it back to life. So now the whole world can see a moment in time that was meant to be seen.

My medium is graphite and charcoal pencil. With a little time, I can take an old 3" x 2" photo and turn it into a 11" x 14" fine art piece.
